Nourish the Body.
Restore the Body.
Elevate the Spirit.

I help people nourish the body, restore natural movement and alignment, and develop the conditions for greater vitality, clarity, purpose, and connection with The Divine—with a special focus on the health, vitality, and restoration of the Black community.

Whole-person restoration begins by recognizing that nutrition, movement, energy, and spiritual well-being are not separate. Each influences how fully life can express itself through us.

For generations, Black people have carried extraordinary physical, psychological, cultural, and environmental pressures. At the same time, many of the conditions surrounding us have moved us farther from natural food, natural movement, restorative rest, community connection, and ways of living that support the body and spirit.

Restoration is not about defining us by illness or struggle. It is about reclaiming our vitality—strengthening the body, clearing the mind, nurturing the spirit, and becoming more capable of expressing our creativity, purpose, love, discipline, and connection with The Divine.

My books explore different parts of the same work—how we nourish the body, restore its natural function, and create better conditions for vitality, awareness, and spiritual connection.

Faith and Justice Eat an Alkaline Plant Based Diet

A children’s book that introduces young readers to alkaline plant-based eating through the journey of Faith and Justice.

My work began with plant-based nutrition, but over time I came to understand that food was only one part of a much larger picture. How we move, breathe, sit, stand, rest, think, and live each day also shapes how we feel and how fully we are able to express ourselves.

That understanding led me deeper into body awareness, natural movement, alignment, strength, breath, and the relationship between the physical body and our experience of energy, clarity, vitality, and spiritual connection.

Today, I bring those pieces together because I do not believe nourishment, physical restoration, and spiritual development should be treated as separate conversations. The body is the vessel through which we experience this life, and caring for that vessel can change what becomes possible through us.
