Aqiyl Aniys is an author, plant-based nutrition educator, and wellness teacher whose work focuses on helping people strengthen the body, calm the mind, and live with greater intention.

Aqiyl Aniys Wellness is about rebuilding health from the inside out — through food, movement, discipline, spiritual alignment, and a deeper respect for the body as a living temple.

He earned a BA in Organizational Behavior and Communications from New York University and a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies through eCornell.

Aqiyl is also the founder of Natural Life Energy, LLC and AlkalinePlantBasedDiet.com, where he has written science-based articles on the benefits of an alkaline vegan lifestyle, plant foods, herbs, immune support, and natural vitality.

From Plant-Based Nutrition to Whole Wellness

Aqiyl’s earlier work focused deeply on the alkaline plant-based diet, heavily influenced by the work of herbalist Dr. Sebi, the nutrition research and meta-analysis work of Dr. Michael Greger, and his formal education in plant-based nutrition.

That foundation remains central.

But Aqiyl Aniys Wellness expands the conversation.

This platform is not only about what we eat. It is about how we live.

His work is especially focused on helping people take responsibility for their health without fear, confusion, or dependence.

Aqiyl’s Health Journey

Aqiyl adopted an alkaline plant based diet based on the Dr. Sebi Nutritional Guide in his mid-forties.

Before changing his diet, he experienced repeated bouts with pneumonia, the flu, frequent colds, sinus problems, low energy, acid reflux, achy joints, and other issues he once believed were simply signs of getting older.

After adopting an alkaline plant-based lifestyle, those problems disappeared.

That experience changed the way he understood the body.

He came to see that many of the issues he blamed on aging were being strongly supported by his daily dietary choices.

This realization became part of his mission: to help others understand that the body is always responding to how we feed it, move it, rest it, and care for it.

Aqiyl Aniys Wellness exists to help people return to order — physically, mentally, and spiritually.

This work is rooted in the belief that the body was designed with intelligence, and when we support that design through proper nourishment, movement, rest, breath, and spiritual alignment, the body can become stronger, clearer, and more resilient.

Wellness is not only about adding years to life.
It is about bringing life, clarity, and divine order back into the years we are given.
